March 29, 2024 – AMJ acquires certain assets of Kaiser Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. of Bradenton, FL and folds those operations into CCC
Feb 29, 2024 – AMJ acquires certain assets of Air Tech Services Heating & Cooling Inc of Sarasota, FL and folds those operations into CCC
May 12, 2023 – AMJ acquires certain assets of Dan’s Heating and Cooling LLC of Venice FL and folds those operations into CCC
January 2, 2023 – CCC hires its first General Manager to oversee day to day operations.
July 2022 – CCC New Construction division is launched and receives its first purchase order from MI Homes of Sarasota.
August 31, 2021 – AMJ acquires certain assets of Custom Climate Concepts Inc. of Sarasota, FL, including the right to operate under the name of Custom Climate Concepts (CCC)
February 2021 – AMJ Suncoast Inc. (AMJ) is founded. AMJ are the initials of Ashley, Mike and Jack, the owner’s 3 children.
